Hi and welcome to my website - I am Sian Harcourt a therapist, coach and workshop facilitator available to accompany you on your journey, to connect to your mind-body-heart in a soulful, heart-full way. I hold space for you to bring balance, joy, healing and sacredness into your life.
I offer Wellbeing Guidance, Heartfulness Coaching, Mindful Somatic Therapy and Mind-Body-Heart Therapy for gentle, healing experiences that nourish your mind-body-heart and inner vibrancy. I support you to listen within, nourish your connections, honour what delights your heart and share your light in the world. During 2018 I will be offering a variety of workshops and soul nourishment gatherings.
I have a Diploma of Integrative Psychology (Hakomi), Diploma of Physiotherapy MNZSP, Certificate in Life Coaching, Diploma of Herbal Studies and I am a Hakomi Graduate. Prior to becoming a Coach and Therapist I worked as a Physiotherapist specialising in mind-body medicine, stress management, cranial-sacral therapy and therapeutic massage.
I work holistically and my approach is gentle, respectful and collaborative. I have a deep passion for mind-body-heart wellbeing and helping people to honour, respect and gently heal their bodies, minds, hearts and spirits.
You are welcome to contact me with any questions you have. It can be useful to start with one session to explore what it is like to work together - this is a good way for you to decide if we are a good fit. It is really important when working with a coach or therapist that the fit is right and that you feel really comfortable. If we decide to work together then your unique goals and wants will shape how we work together. We will decide on a the path together.
What if our religion was each other
If our practice was our life
If prayers, our words
What if the temple was the earth
If forests were our church
If holy water the lakes, rivers, ocean
What if meditation was our relationships
If the teacher was life
If wisdom was self knowledge
If love was the centre of our being?
