We can work face to face from my office in Featherston, in South Wairarapa, New Zealand or by phone, Skype or Zoom if you are located in another region.
A session is usually 55 mins. Sometimes one or a few sessions is all that is required, sometimes people come for regular sessions over a longer period of time. This is something that will be worked out between us, and depends on many factors including the types of issues that you want to deal with and the purpose of your sessions. Longer sessions are available if required.
It is really important to work with someone you feel is a good fit for you, and I welcome hearing from you if you’d like more information or have any questions at all.
Research shows that the most important factor for good therapy or coaching is the therapeutic relationship between the client and therapist/coach. So that's why it's very important and I encourage clients to use the first session to work out if I am a good fit for them and if the match is right to work well together.
